So they couldn't even find the game Halo 2 at all?
If so, they need to use Halo 2 in System Link and then try it.
-
no no, they found the game halo 2.
when they went into it they went into system link mode and they didn't see any games created when they definately should have
hope this clarifies
-
Ok, they find other games but what about you? Do you find other games?
-
Well triodusiecle, it's not possible to tell what his/theirs problem(s) is/are before he gives more info. It can be anything from wireless setups to forwarding and firewalls...
-
I don't know much so don't kill me if this info is wrong but I read on http://teamxlink.co.uk that the engine must be upgraded to the new version in order to see games.
"Finally - Halo2 users on Kai - if you don't have engine 7.0.5.4 by now, you wont be seeing games at all - *restart and get it* - press the magnifying glass to check the engine version"
Not sure if that has been tried out, if not give it a shot. If it has been done already, well back to the drawing board.

i have the same problem
where can i get the new kai version with engine 7.0.5.4
-
It should autoupdate, but here is the 5.4 if it for some reason didn't: kaiEngine.exe
-
What version are you running, and where and when did you get it?
Uninstall, delete leftover files and folder, download, and reinstall.

Yes. Overwrite the engine with this one: kaiEngine.exe
-
thanks for the reply DOS4GW but i get the same problem as before
i double click on the exe file and a message appears saying "A required .DLL file, PSSDK_DLL.DLL, was not found"
What is wrong?
Any suggestions

Uninstall, delete XLink Kai installation folder, re-download, re-install.
