I'm not sure if this feature is still available or economical Halo eats bandwidth like no other game I know, It would be difficult to get a lag free game going with more than 4 xbox's connected over the internet.
Remember Halo was designed for lan play only, the developers didn't take bandwidth into consideration for this one.
Can't you hold out for Halo 2? maybe the will make it live only like Full Spectrum Warrior!!! how many Halo fans do you think will be crying that day!!!!!!!

All XBC's "multibox compress" does is, supposely, to use less bandwidth when you have more than 1 box locally.. You still can *never* have more than 4 boxes in a game.
Oh yah - and just FYI The idea for "multibox compress" is essentially the old XLink RC2 "packet cache" thing - I told Tod how to do it a while back.. he's just called it something else and hoped nobody would catch on
Maybe they'll include SPEEX one day - could rename it to SP33X0RZ or somethin... lol
