Title: Multiple Games Durring One Kai Session?

Log in.
Found a Halo game and played for a while.
Left the Halo arena.
Went to Rivals arena and started a game.
No one could connect.
Tried to connect to a friends Rivals game already.
Could not connect.
PM and normal messaging works.
Go back to Halo arena and start a game.
People were able to log in and play.

Anyone else seen or tried this?

There is a ping limit for Rivals, That is not what caused the problem is it?

i switch from games all the time...but yeah, as he said, there are ping limits on most xsn games.

Eroc and I were connecting fine with Halo but Rivals would not connect.  Our pings were in the low 30's and should not have been an issue. It was resolved though, by me deleting my Rivals profile and creating a new profile within the game.  Right after this it connected without a problem.

I found a reason you maybe having problems.  Live games get updated(patched) from Live so if someone uses Live alot and any DLC or patches come around the main game gets patched so that if you have an unpatched version you will not be able to join that users game.  For instance R63, you can get all the DLC from another source, Exibition discs, etc.  But real Live users are forced to download an updated engine where, thanks to the AR people, the 50cal has been removed or moved to a allow option.  If we have that patch you cannot join our games and we cannot join yours.

Thank you.   I had not thought of that. And as I think about it now. I had gone on live a couple of days before this started adn got blasted with a mandatory update of rivals before I could connect.   That is probably the reason.     That sure is going to make a mess of things for Kai.  If we all now have to track who has what update and can I play against that person or not.
