yeah I dont really understand this too, I usually see "6 online WGN players" or something (max I ever saw was 10, can this be correct or should there be more?) and then I boot up Halo or whatever and try to find syslink games, but I never find any... what am I doing wrong?

You've got to set your status from the bottom drop down combo box.... That's why there could be 60 players in WGN but only says '2 People Looking for Top Spin'...
Nobody seems to set their status when they use WGN mode, hence the whole concept suffers.
Even though you say you see 6 people in WGN mode, you have no guarantee that any of those 6 are playing Halo (unless it says they are hosting), plus you'll have problems with the region compatibility issues (NTSC - PAL). It works good for games besides Halo though.
