Title: Minimum Bandwidth For Good Xbox Live?

that should suffice ok.  whats your upload?  if its under 384 i wouldnt suggest hosting large games but it will work with minimal lag. i use that type connection all the time at home.

It'll still run ok, I'd cut back on extra stuff though

dude you should be fine.. don't expect to host though, im guessing your upload will drop too  =/
