My suggestion would be to power cycle your network and see if that helps.
Your ISP may be owning you because of the data transfer - some have a limit and if you go over it'll kick you back, I know personally Comcast near me can be complete monkeys when it comes to online gaming with consoles "they don't support it"
Best of luck, worst case scenario after doing a power cycle would be call your ISP and see what's up on their end
