Title: Xbox Live Card
Post by: KoDKingVegeta on March 12, 2007, 03:25:00 PM
I just bought Halo 2 and it has an Xbox live card in it, but the date says valid 08/01/04 - 04/03/05, I was told as long as I change the time and date on my xbox, then the card will still be good. Is this true?

It is concerned stealing to do that, and to my knowledge those cards do not have expiration dates

yeah there are expiration dates on them. maybe not the newer ones.  but i used a 2 month card that was supposed to expire in 2003.  worked fine. i didn't need to change the date on my xbox or anything

Well i went to my local GameStop and picked up a expired Xbox Live Card. Turn on my Xbox put in the date before the card expired. So i entered the 2 month trial and it worked. Then I transfered the account to my Xbox 360... Whoop Whoop!
