I have been having some problems. I have an original xbox and i subscribed to live from the xbox website. Now from the MS Dashboard I go to xbox live and press "Account Recovery" I type in all the information and I keep getting an error saying "Gamertag or other information invalid" Im pretty sure that thats all the right information. P.S. I got the 3 month gold membership. (I know, I know it supposed to be for X360 right? But I called a guy from 1-800-4MYXBOX and he said you could still use it for the original Xbox.)
