2 nothing it will be fine as long as it is dead stock but it will take a little longer to login (4-5 sec)

it is best to keep you account on a mem card and not on the HDD
that way you can control when and where it is used

yes, essentially it means that tag can never be used woith a non-stock HD anymore (it will get the HD+eeprom banned)
