you need to get a virgin eeprom, unlock your HD, flash the new eeprom, re-lock the HD and then you can go on Live (read marriage theory 101)

Thanks for this information. Is there any documentation on doing the above tasks? Also where do I source a copy of ConfigMagic or EEpromer - which is best for doing this job??

I'm a bit of a newbie to this so as much info would be very grateful.
