Title: Some Questions About Playing And Being Ban

I have a moded system with Smartxx v2.0.  How do I turn my chip off for playing online?  Does my hdd need to be the original?  If not, can my 100gb maxtor work, its unlocked so I dont know if that matters.  And I have a 2 month subscription from a newly bought Halo 2 but it says valid through 08/01-03/31/05, can I still use it?

Ok, I signed up with the free trial.  I think I will be ban when I start to use it though.  The reason I think that is because when I went to my game saves it said I have like 50000 block free.  I have a 100gb hdd.  I tried to take my chip off(just off the pinheader) and put the original hdd in but I realized that since I got a new mobo it wont work.  What can I do?  Is there a way to trick XBL to think my current system isnt modded?  I need some help!
