It's possible through network sharing. You'd just need to run a wire from your computer to your xbox then enable network sharing on your pc.

when you say network sharing do you mean ics? (internet connection sharing)

It seems like everyone has hell with this. And ther are a million solutions posted if you google it. the problem is that none of the solutions work for everybody. i have a linksys wireless usb adapter on my pc and the pc wired to my xbox. I can ftp, samba, and use kai with no problem. LIVE is just being a bitch to me. I cant gel linksboks to work either. if i figure anything out ill post it.

Heres my setup
Amd athon pc
gigabyte mobo w/ built in ethernet NIC (Realtek rtl8139/810x family pci fast ethernet nic)
Wireless Network card (D-Link airplus g dwl-g510 wireless pci adapter rev. B
Linksys wireless g router(wrt54g)
the rest of the stats are unimportant
Heres what worked for me
connect xbox via cat5cable to my network adapter built into my mobo
have your wired NIC card running, have your wireless card running
goto your network connections folder
select both the wired and wireless connections and right click
select bridge connections
thats all it took for me. although i just got the linksys router, before i had the cheapie dlink and i couldnt get it to work to save my life.also i set the new network up so you need a network key to get on it and havnt had a problem since
Hope this helps
