Ok well I've had xbox live for a while and have gotten pretty good at not getting banned but I'm sick of swapping out hard drives every time I want to play xbox live. I've been banned twice before and my GT is likely flag.
Now my old 160gb hard drive died and sent it in the get replaced and am going to be getting it again soon. I can get an unbanned and virgin eeprom from my friends xbox. I've done this plenty of times before and have no problem with this. The hard drive is lockable of course.
Now my question is what can I do so that all I have to do is turn off my modchip and play on xbox live without a worry of getting my hard drive scanned and getting banned for content.
My plan of action is to modify my bios so that it looks for the modified content on the F drive. Then leave C drive and E drive stock files. I've heard that they don't scan the F drive because according to xbl the F drive doesn't exist.
I know this forum isn't very active, but I hope someone takes the time to answer

Just one thing: Logging on with a modded BIOS ain't a great idea either.
