if that same HD is the one you were banned with its also banned, so youll need a new one and a new eeprom before you can go on Live

none of this will effect being able to go on Live with the 360, with either 360 games or xbox1 games (unless of course youve been banned from matching in h2, then your banned from mm on 360 too)
