Title: 360 Xbl Connection Problem

Got xbox360 working fine on live but alot of lag was happing so  i power cycled my router.
after this when i tried to connect to xbl i was unable.it gets as far as the xbl connect and then it fails
the error status report that is coming up is

w:0000-000B
x:0000-F001
y:30A8-4840
z: 0000-0000

Any ideas,

assuming the xyz codes are simialr to xbox they look fine, have you tried with the 360 plugged directly into your modem?
