To get a box back on XBL, you must
1.  Replace the HDD
2.  Flash an unbanned EEPROM
3.  Run account recovery.

You've already got step 1 done smile.gif  Buy a new EEPROM in the BST, and $6 later, you should be back on XBL!  Good luck.
