Title: Can't Log On To Xbl

I have a friend that can't log on to XBL.  Everytime he tries to log in it saying something about not being able to log on because his IP has been changed. I'm thinking that maybe he's been banned from getting on because he got on using a softmod this morning, which was the last time he got on. He tried to get on today and get the aud for Halo 2 and it wouldn't let him.  So, I told him to take the softmod off and now he can't even log into xbl because it says his IP has been changed.

Set it to automatic if using a router.  But if he successfully logged in with a softmod running, he'll be banned within 48 hours.  (His XBox at least).
