Ok so i got a new 160 gig HDD and i got my xbox set up on the stock 8 gig HDD
2 questions

If i set my new HDD up and play live i get my GT banned? (thinkin yes)
If i set my new HDD up and play live and set up a new GT i dont get banned?

new eeprom+big hdd+ new gamertag= live
or
new eeprom+stock hdd+ old gamertag= live
i suggest just getting a new gamer tag its just easier

your best bet is to go to the buy and sell forum just below the live forum. youo'll need to know your xbox version, and the guys there should be able to get you all set up.

im pretty sure you will get banned because the eeprom dosnt change
