Title: Xyz Codes Plz Help

I have got a new EEPROM i know this might sound stupid bit my
XYZ code is all zeros it got me worried is that Ok or is it banned.

if they are all zeros i think that means that your cables werent connected. on the connection status screen how many green lights do you have.
