Sorry, posted on your other thread, but it was a bit confusing.

If the hard drive has been banned, you'll need to replace it along with the eeprom.

New eeprom +  New HD + Non flagged GT= XBOX Live joy.

Other than that, or just replacing only the eeprom, or only the HD, will get you banned, since they're both married together, and banned together. Use the formula above to unban that box.
