Title: Pls, Pls Help Me. Can't Connect To Live

Hi
I bought my Xbox pre-modded with Xecuter 2,3 Lite chip, and when I turn off my chip I can't connect to Live. It says Xbox Live not found, my network settings are ok, could my box already be banned even though i have never played on Live with it. Or what could the problem be?
