Title: Will I Get Banned?

I had got banned 3 times last year. but after changing HDD to stock HDD and old EEPROM to new one, I could back to XBL.now I'm trying to change my stock HDD to new 200G HDD and eeprom to another eeprom. surely, EEPROM is all new.
I'm a person who believe marriage theory is right. will I get banned?
