So this is the first system i didnt do the modding and homework myself. I bought this from a guy since it seemed like a good price. It has a Xcuter 3 Pro in it with a 200 gig hd. This holiday season i brought my xbox with me visiting family to keep the youngins away. While i was sleeping they tried to play a dvd on it and from wat i understand they disabled the mod chip. Right now it boots to the MS dash and i can only play original discs.
Im hoping to venture into the world of live! soon so i asked teh guy who i bought it off if everything was ok. He said live! 2.0 u need to disable the modchip(as they already did for me) and buy a copy of splinter cell to re-enable it. Reading here im wondering if thats really safe. Hopefully i included everything and ill be shownshow mercy on my ignorance.
