Over a year.I got online WITH stock HD for like 2 months then upgraded with a new 120gb,aladin stealth chip and bootleg gamesaves.
NEVER banned ! Bill got nothin on me

I've been on quite awhile, at one point in time I thought I was banned, but i wasn't. Just had to type in my mac address and do the settings manually and got back in.

been on live with upgraded hard drive for nearly a month now. If you follow the correct procedures then it is no problem to get on with a big hard drive.

two months with trial, then banned on the 'dooms day november 8' (still think it was files from C and E drive)

new hard drive, eeprom(thx zodiak), free trial gt, on since no problems...

swapping hard drives to play emulators, backups ect, although I just about only use my box for live halo2, so not much swapping going on.

edit: I voted the 31-60 days, cause its been that long since i un-banned

I was fine for over a year (though I had been banned previous to that.) I put in another hdd a few days ago and got banned (I wish I had been keeping up with the forums better.) I got a new EEPROM last night and I have my fingers crossed. If I get banned this time I am just going to get another XBox for Live. This can get to be pretty expensive I think. I might as well just avoid the situation all together. An unmodded XBox will not get banned.
