Ok guys, heres the background: i have 2 xboxs, a 1.0 that i just fixed that i flashed the tsop and has the stock hard drive, never been on live. Then i have my 1.1 that i have a X3 in and a 200GB hdd, ive been playing on live for almost 2 months and still have not been banned, this 200GB hdd is also the hdd i used to sign on xbox live with for the first time, thus "marrying it to my eeprom" However, i wanted to get a new hdd for the 1.0 xbox, so today being Black Friday i went to circuit city and got a 250GB hdd for 80 bucks! Well, i took the 200GB out of the 1.1 and put it in the 1.0, and put the 250GB in my 1.1. But i'm afraid to go on live and get my eeprom and new 250GB hdd banned. So what i'm asking is if i need to do is take the eeprom from the 1.0 xbox that has never been on xbox live, and put it on my 1.1 xbox and "marry" it to the 250GB. Then also in the future i'm going to buy a modchip for the 1.0 so i can go on live with that one also, so would i have to take the eeprom from the 1.1 and put it on the 1.0?

i would'nt play around or you might ban both boxes, just put the 250 in the 1.0
