i have a split TSOP w/stock everything else. I want to make sure i wont get banned on live, so plz vote or reply.

k, i have only a stock HDD, i also have an unlocked stock 8 GB HDD with linux on it XD. Nice to have sometimes but i need MREO RAM!!!! ggrrr i cant solder chips, nor can i buy them. ooh well

Why are all these people saying dont lock your drive with evox? I modded 2 boxes, me and my friends and used evox to lock both hd's. If they are really indeed checking that, then we would have been banned and we arent.

They are not checking for evox on locking and unlocking hdds. Evox has a bug where it can sometimes put a bad password on your hdds and render them useless.

Right now as a result from evox I tried teamassembly as well.

My 120gb hdd new useless. My 200gb hdd a month or 2 old Useless with important music on it!

Anyways luckily they are under warranty.

when returned and tested however you will most certainly not get a refund. Refunds for hdds' are usually dependent on defective hardware or firmware at the time of purchase of within a certain period of time afterwards. The software YOU put on the drive corrupted it... ergo... out of warranty..

i tried team assembly using atapwd and it didnt work.
Oh ya and the 120 since its new the store is gonna take it back and give me another one the guy oked it.
I said it came that way hehe.
Anyways evox locked it in a different place on the hdd.
so when i look at the drive in unlockx it says not lockable. Which makes the drive defective.

cause you cant read anything off the hdd the manufacturers are gonna have no choice but to replace it youll see.

TSOP with switch...never went on live with stock HD. Installed 250GB and went on live with switch off and been playing fine since 11/9/2004.

Hello we voted so I guess theres only 8 of us who uses it.
Thats good MS isnt gonna try to look at the tsop also just to ban 8 of us that would be a waist of time for them  
If they do well then im going completely software either way ill be on live with the same xbox I have I'm not buying another one!
Why cause I dont have too.
MS and bungie is awesome and I tottally support them.
I am not doing any cheating on live neither is 9 thousand others also.
