I have XBOX v.1 with the latest DASH update as well as latest LIVE update!! Have used modchip before, and have a lot of appz on my F and E! Did the latest update for live...than heard about this banning! Re-formatted my HD to my retail (always used retail HD and my EPPROM has not been banned yet), haven't played H2 yet, and I haven't been banned since H2 came out!! Played since then!!
So have you done something like this?
BTW, plz replay only if needed!
