Ok heres what I think. There are so many different theories about how MS is banning the modded xboxes and all of them seem to be inconsistent with each other. Maybe MS has every modded xbox that has signed onto live flagged and they are using all of the different theories mentioned in order to screw with us so we dont find a way around it. thats just my 2 cents. that could explain why not all are banned.
