Title: Another Question If About "the Ban"

i dont mean, is my gamertag banned.  i know its not.  i mean is THAT box/hdd/eeprom banned to THAT gamertag.  if i created a new gamertag and account with the same box, would it be noticed?  just wondering if the ban is GLOBAL (in the whole xbl community) or LOCAL (to just my account)
