what ports does it use. because having trouble getting a rank and sending voice

This isn't going to help you much... but I'm pretty sure they only rank the top 30,000 players.  If you keep playing and get your scores up, you should see a rank pretty quickly.

As for your voice problems, I have no clue.  As far as I know, it'll use the same ports as XBL does.
