I have been trying to install a switch on my cheapmod for a while and i've had no luck. I've read every tut out there and i belive i'm doing everything right. Has anybody ever heard of a original bios being damaged which cause the xbox to frag when chip off? I think i may have that problem. IF so does anybody know how to fix it. That's what my xbox does it frags when i switch nad reboot. I have a wire from the DO going to the switch and another wire from the ground going to the switch just like the tut said. Not sure where to go from here and want to get on Live thanks for your help.
