Title: Pal And Ntsc Xbox Live

hey guys, I'm a real noob about XboxLive and I was wondering if a All Xboxes (PAL and NTSC) can connect through Xbox Live. Or is Xbox Live devided in sections so that people in Canada can not talk to people in Japan.

They can all connect to the same servers and "Talk" to each other just fine.
