I can't seem to find an ad on the Internet for it..

All it was were three mics that connect to the Xbox Communicator adaptor in your controller. It allows you to chat on Xbox Live with the same Xbox Live account. So, your guests on your account can chat too.

I only have about 3-4 live games, are there some where 4 people can play on one account?

Yeah I saw that thing at FuncoLand/GameStop.

Too little too late. I already invested in creating my own share-a-headset thingy.
I bought the pieces at RadioShack and VIOLA! Two headsets on one. Don't Need 4:D
And it only cost me about $10 including extra headset.

You can have more than 1 person playing at a time on a account !!. Sounds pretty cool i never knew!!.
