No use it putting a new EEPROM on there until you know you've been banned..

Get on Live and check it out.. with your mod OFF, of course.

Don't worry you'll be fine. You should had read Shanafan guide  "How to play on Live with a modded Xbox" in wich he stated: "After recent testing by myself, accessing Live with the modchip on and the network unplugged, WILL NOT result in a ban. Since the Xbox has no information to send to MS, MS won't know your modded Xbox tried to access Live with the modchip on."
