well, its saying it  cant recognize the disc, cuz your mod chip bios isnt loaded, the standard bios cant load backups, and i wouldnt load backups on live if i were you anyways....

this also happens if i slecet xbox live from the msdah and i don't even have a disc in the dvd drive

I have just now taken my chip out and tried, same messages and everything?

So you select the Xbox Live tab and it gives you a dirty disc error, without a disc inside?
