Actually there are 2.5 bios' that support yboxdash & evoxdash.

I am using one now.

Just get a 2.5 bios that boots to the evoxdash first.  Put the evoxdash on the HDD and use mode 3 when you want to go LIve.

your bios would be named something like evox2.5 colormod.evox.  It would say evox or ybox in the description of the bio's filename.

If it doesn't say that then it wants to boot up xboxdash.xbe (really evoxdash renamed xboxdash)

Ok, so my bios doesnt support ybox or evoxdash.. I can still play on xbox live by using the original xboxdash.xbe and booting in original bios mode w/ mode 3... right? And whenever I want to get back to the evolution-x dashboard I just use my boot cd, right?
