When i uppdate my dash from a ntcs game its updating fine. but when i restart my box its crashes. I got a PAL box!!!

Sounds like your Xbox got nuked. Did you have your mod on? What is the filename of your MS dashboard? Are you running EvolutionX? ETC.

you updated a pal box from a downloaded game with ntsc? thats just asking for trouble

when using matrix inside ya have dvd region free!

True, but you are not adding and updating important system configuration files.
