Yes, but they legally *can't* stop modding in places like Australia, so their little hissy fit is going to cost them a lawsuit or two, probably, there. |
Class action lawsuits? I can see it now... and people will end up getting paid... juries LOVE to stick it to big companies.
I just saw recently... and I pay attention to Japanese news because I used to live there... that a bunch of people won a lawsuit against the US/Japanese government because of the noise from one of the Naval Bases (NAF Atsugi). Each person got like $13,000 because of NOISE!
Not only that, but this NOISE is one thing protecting them from being run over by North Korea! That's why the US is still there. The Japanese gov't pays them to stay!
