Title: A Question About Installing Live And Signed Code.

It's well known that the original dashboard could not simply be replaced by another from a different Xbox as each is unique.

I assume this is still the case with the Live Dashboard.

So when the new dashboard is installed it must be signed as part of the installation procedure.

So why can't we work out out this is done and sign other XBE's ?

This is not a well known fact, in fact the dashboard has to match the bios version not the box.

Not only that, the XBLive dashboard is the SAME on all Xboxes.
