if the game says XBOX LIVE anywhere on a it's case i imagine that you can play live.

ya you can use ones other than the ones that came w/ yer kit, like the official retail versions along with another 1 or 2, like nba2k3 i belive, and also unreal champ, which is coming out soon.

someone on my friends list was playing NBA2k3 online before, so its not only the ones on the beta kit.

I was able to play the retail version of NFL Fever... I had to change the date to do it, though....

along with the demo games M$ sent, NBA2K3, NFL2K3, WHACKED all work on xbox live beta service.  i have first hand experience on these games working.  if you're a beta tester go to the forums, all games that work have their own thread up
