If you have replaced the Dashboard with Evolution-X you need to follow my directions.

If your system boots (with the mod chip installed and on) to the original MS Dashboard you don't have to do anything.

XBLive will work with your Mod chip and the XBLive update will run fine.

The problem only surfaces when you replace the default dashboard.

This was covered by my posts numerous times.
