sleep.gif can someone explain how to make it so they can join. IT'S NOT WITH THE UNLOCK BOTTON/LOCK!

that use to happen with me...i had my hard wire coming out of a netgear wireless modem I had to take it and run a straight hard line to my modem and disable all firewalls...then anyone and everyone could play with me!

So it's just my firewall? so I just take down my fire wall on my compy and it will work that way?

You probably don't want to unfirewall your xbox, since most people (at least I know) never bothered to change their ftp u/p from "xbox/xbox".  Might be better off properly configuring your firewall to allow xbc traffic, I believe it's as simple as opening tcp/udp for a specific port or two.

i had the same problem, i could join other games but no1 could join mine, i think it has to do with your router settings.  go through the host problems on the xbc program, it will go through a list of how to set up your router to be able to host.  i havent gone back to see if mine works after i did it.  and if your router has an uplink button and spot, put your box on that.

ya thats usually it, if you havea  router you will get this problem alot, i know i have it.

if you have a direct link to yuor internet this wont happen to you. and if you dont wantr to take down your fire wall, just go into your firewall setting and unblock XBC

It's unblocked I got a router. So how the hell am I supposed to host? Cuase the only thing I can do is get a friend to host then ingame give me host by him leaving  and comeing back -_-
