Title: What Is The Best Time To Play?

I play on XBConnect (and XLink sometimes) now and then but when is the best time to play? Usualy theres around 40-60 Hosts during day but if i stay up late, after midnight, there can be about 160+ hosts. Can someone help me (pref. an American) on when is the best time, in GMT (England) format if possible.
