cool man ! what would happen tho? wouldnt it conflict, or what about when i get unbanned with a new eeprom, i mean my bro wont use my xbox live when he takes his xbox. so i can install xbox live with my account on his xbox, then play it on there for now, and once i get mine fixed i can play it on my xbox and never play on his again and all will be good???

yes this is all correct. you can bring your live account to any xbox you want. no problems.
