No it wont work.

Basically you can not download and use content from one region in a different one.
Changing your region will not work as the contect is locked to that region.

I know that this will not work for a fack on Mechassult.

If you have a region 1 account you can download region 1 contect

As I said in my first post NO.

Mechassults DC is region protected and Xbox live content is locked to the Xbox that it was downloaded on as well
