Well, if Live isn't responding, then that problem lies remotely. Nothing you can change. Contact MS support and ask why

If you join live with your modchip on, you're banned. Maybe you did this before?

No, if he was banned, it would give him the error of "Xbox Live not found".

no, that only bans your xbox's eeprom, so changing to a new xbox, would allow the account to work fine...it's not the account that gets banned, its the eeprom because i did log on with my tsop flashed on the old xbox and that's what got it banned on that xbox, but i have a new xbox now.

anyway, the girl at xbox tech support said that my account was enabled and active... so i dont think that's the problem

any other ideas?
