Title: About Transfering Accounts?

I understand this might be secondary to the current xbox live problems but i'll ask it anyways.  I've been hearing about people asking how to transfer XBL accounts?  How does that work?  what do i need to do if i wanna play xbox live at my friend's house on their xbox if they dont have an account?

k, i would a thought u coulda logged on without having to have the whole account thingy
