i have the disk and the game backed up on my hdd . after i save my main character and get back to the ebon hawk it frezes and just keeps playing like a 2 second loop of the music over and over , i tried it with the disk and the same thing happened , has anyone else ran into this problem ? anyone know how to get around it ?

Sounds like the backup you have is faulty. I'd try using your original disc and making a new ISO. Also, check out layouts.xbox-scene.com to optimize and speed up your backup copy if you burn it to disc.
