Title: Modded Campaign Content Anywhere?

I've noticed that theres tons of multiplayer modded maps.. and completely new user created multiplayer maps for H2 but I've been looking around and I can't seem to find anyone who's made any new/modded campaing maps.
Is there a reason for this, or are they out there and I'm just not looking hard enough?

sorry just to be clear I'm not asking for modded content or links to it.
I'm just wondering if there are people out there that are making any campaign content or if it's just multiplayer, and if so is there a reason it's not being done?
