Title: Cooperative System Link
Post by: masterchief351 on November 06, 2005, 03:09:00 PM
Is there a way to play cooperative over system link (specifically xbconnect)  with a modded and unmodded xbox?

Unfortunetly no, in both cases, as br0w stated.

Confusingly enough though, bungie left the co-op option available in the sys-link section.  Looks like it was planned, but ran out of time to make it run properly.

It would have at least made halo2's campaign more enjoyabable/tolerable.  Split screen is unplayable.  I have hard enough time with a full screen to myself (everything is zoomed in; horrible tunnel vision in halo 2).  And i have it also in widescreen, for that matter.

I think bungie needs to re-hire the part of the team that left to form "wideload" game studios.  Maybe then we could get some creativity back in for halo 3.

Ya that disipointed me because it would be better since you dont have to share a screen.
